GENERAL INFORMATION
Raziotel Kyiv (Boryspilska) is conveniently situated 500 m away from Boryspilska Metro Station and 15 minutes away by car from Boryspil International Airport. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the central city square, Maidan Nezalezhnosti.
The hotel offers its guests free transfer fromto Boryspil International Airport. To book a service, please, make the following notes within booking: your contact telephone number (actively on the territory of Ukraine), flight number, make a sign «Shuttle bus from/in airport». Individual transfer is also available.

Accommodation conditions
- Your room will be ready on the day of your arrival from 2.00 p.m. onwards.
- Check-out time: 12 noon.
- Room rates includes value added tax (VAT).
- Room rates includes breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
- Room at the hotel is provided to the guest after he/she provides a passport or other identity document (passport of citizen of Ukraine, Ukrainian international passport, a diplomatic or service passport, seaman’s identity document, a residence permit for a person who lives in Ukraine, but is not a citizen of Ukraine, a national passport or a foreigner document, which replaces it and visa for the right to stay in Ukraine, birth certificate of juvenile under 16 years, driving license, for military — personal identity card or military card, Identity card issued at the place of work of the guest, etc.), as well as filling in and signing the guest registration card.
Early check-in / Late check-out
- Early check-in before 06:00 am — 100% of room rate (breakfast is included).
- Early check-in between 06:00 am and 02:00 pm — 50% of room rate (breakfast is included).
- Late check-out between 01:00 pm and 11:00 pm – hourly rate is taken as 10% of the room rate.
Terms of payment
- Payment must due upon arrival. You can pay by cash, credit card or make a pre-authorize your credit card.
- Private reservation made on the site initially has the status of non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed reservation are valid until 6.00 pm on the day of your arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservation if necessary.
- You can confirm your reservation by making prepayment via credit card for the 1 night stay and 1% tourist fee. The prepayment will not be returned in case of no show at hotel or reservation cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in. By reservation confirmation guest accepts and agrees with the above-mentioned conditions, including cancellation procedure and no show rules.
- All prices are in hryvnias (UAH). Payment is due in hryvnias (UAH). We accept cash, bank transfer payments and bank cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and other.
- The tourist fee, determined by some of Ukrainian city administration, is not included at rack rate. The tourist fee is paid separately.
Reservation cancellation
- Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to arrival at hotel (not later than 02:00 pm) is free.
- You can cancel reservation by email: reservation@hg.reikartz.com
- The first day of accommodation have to be paid in case of cancellation less than 24 hour prior to arrival at hotel or in case of no show.
