Achievements
After successful defense of two dissertations, Oleg Anatolyevich received a doctorate in medical sciences, and afterwards – the academic title of professor and was awarded the title of Honored Doctor of Ukraine.

Today, the surgeon is an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and is a member of the Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (VAPRECH).

Education
Oleg Anatolievich graduated from the Faculty of Medical Education of the Military Medical Academy. S. M. Kirov in Leningrad. The first operations in the field of otolaryngology began in 1985 in a clinical residency in Riga. Later, Professor Kompaniets was trained in the medical department of the Faculty of Management of the Medical Academy of the Military Medical Academy. SM Kirov in the city of Leningrad, which he completed with distinction and a gold medal. Dr. Kompaniets also completed his doctorate at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, where he still holds the position of professor of the Department of Military Surgery. Oleg Anatolyevich regularly participates in scientific congresses, conferences and symposia on plastic surgery and rhinology issues.
